Damp Solution Survey 

    Efficiently collect and analyze damp and mould survey data with our user-friendly app for improved solutions.

Step 1

Open An App In Laptop or Mobile

Link To Open App

Welcome Screen

Step 2

After Opening An App You will See 2 Options

1. Quick Survey : To Fill Survey In Quickly you can use this option

2. Get Started : You can see you pervious surveys and also file the complete surveys, also edit the exiting survey 

Quick Survey : Fill the Required Information and Click On ✅ then your survey is submited successful

Get Started 

You can See Your All Surveys In this Screen And Also Able to Edit it.

To Create New Survey You can click on '+' Icon at Top right  then you can able to create complete new survey.

Create New Survey

1st Fil the Complete Project Details and Click On Submit.

Note: Kindly Filled All the Required things

Fill Out Complete Survey For Hallway, Kitchen and others

Add Quotes Info

Do the Signature :

Click On Submit.

Your Survey Is Completed 

 

To get An Invoice Of An Survey Navigate to the Damp and Mould Solutions (sharepoint.com)

then Click On Edit In Grid View Make Create Documents to Yes.

Then Your Document Is Created then Navigate to below Link Damp and Mould Solutions - MySurveyDocumentLab - All Documents (sharepoint.com)

Select the Document and click on 3 dots

To Verify the Details Open Document In Preview Mode And Verify details.

After Verifing the details at top left corner you can see the download icon at left side corner click on download and then share with vendors
